8 Front Squat (115/75)
8 Pull Up

OTM 8-14 min
8 Push Press (115/75)
8 Box jump (24/20)

Each movement is done within the same minute which means you should be pushing the pace a bit to earn some rest before the start of the next minute. These are done back to back so as soon as you finish the 7th min of the front squat/pull up, the 8th min is the start of the push press/box jump combo. Keep an eye on the clock and see if you can have similar intervals for each minute of work.
