10 DB Snatches (50/35)
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
20 DB Snatches
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs
30 DB Snatches
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs
40 DB Snatches
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs
50 DB Snatches
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Time Cap: 20 Minutes

This may look a bit familiar to some that have been around awhile. 17.1 repeat! A lot of DB Snatches here so be mindful with bending your knees and setting your back each rep and think…shoulders higher than your hip!

Midline/Shoulder Maintenance
3 rounds for quality of:
10 W-Y Negatives
10 Weighted Sit-ups, pick load
Side Plank, L 20 secs/R 20 secs

Rest as needed between each round.

3 rounds for quality with a focus on your shoulders in the W-Y negative. The weighted sit-up can be with a challenging loading but something you can always do 10 reps in a row with. Side plank should have you focusing on an open chest and hips. It’s easy to collapse in these losing the full benefit of the movement.
