Grunt Work!

In Teams of 3, complete 5 Rounds each of:

Partner 1:
30 DU’s
7 Dball Over Shoulder
50′ Dball Bearhug Carry
50′ Sled Drag (heavy, but unbroken)
Partner 2:
Row
Partner 3:

Rest

Goal: Sub 28 minutes

Grunt style work today! The work under “Partner 1” determines your rotation. Each team member will complete 5 rounds of the DU’s/Dball/Sled. Dball should be challenging but allow for the 50′ Carry to be unbroken. Sled should be loaded heavy but allow you to pull all 50′ without stopping.
