Goal: Sub 13 min

Unilateral work this week has some lunging and snatching with all dumbbell work which means we will have quite a bit of time under tension. The suitcase lunge is still done with one dumbbell so fight to keep those shoulders square and avoid any slouching. DB Snatch is all on one arm, then all on the other for this workout. Some of you will find that you can cycle the weight faster and others struggle a bit more. Regardless, break things up as needed to keep moving at a strong and steady pace.

15 Pike Compression
20 Band Face Pull

Spending some time with shoulder and midline work to finish things off. If the pike compression are something you are feeling more confident with try taking your feet over a dumbbell or foam roller from side to side for an added challenge.
