Possible EMOM 16 min:
Min 1: 5 Power Snatch (135/95)
Min 2: Run 200 meters
Min 3: 15 Pull Up
Min 4: 60 Double Under

Fun mix of movements today that will present some kind of challenge to us all along the way. Snatch weight should be something you are doing singles with. We are still looking for good, quality mechanics and a steady pace getting back on the bar. Pull ups are a bit higher rep so breaking them up may be a good idea from the start for some of us. Adjusting to sets of 10 if necessary is ok if needed. Push the pace on the monostrcutural work so you have a bit of time to rest before the next min of work.
