6 Strict Toes-to-bars
12 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53 lbs
18 Goblet Walking Lunges, 70/53 lbs

Our build the base today is book ended with a higher rep calorie count on the bike. This means you will want to pace the bike leading into the 20 minute AMRAP. The AMRAP has relatively low reps and should be something that you can cycle through with quality pacing. The T2B is listed as strict and I would suggest working through this even if you can’t reach your toes to the bar. The hanging leg raise is a great option. The kettlebell swing should be accomplished in no more than two sets along with the goblet walking lunge.
