This workout is intended to be done at a moderate pace with an opportunity for you to work on rope climbs. The goal for this workout is to get through 1 round and even then you’ll need to stay moving at a decent pace throughout. The rope climb is high rep but a chance for you to get in some practice here with efficiency in your lock and pull. We don’t want you to spend any more than 6 minutes here so cut back on the reps as needed or change the variation. The run can easily be changed out for a bike or row and should not take any longer than 12 minutes. Adjust the distance as needed to make this happen. Finishing off with abmat sit-ups!
