A challenging twist on “D.T.”! This workout provides a “break” from the barbell but we still want you keeping a strong and steady pace on the bike throughout the workout. Be smart on how you break up the barbell work and keep the rests between sets short and efficient! Adjust loading as necessary so you can do each of the weightlifting variations unbroken when you are fresh.
