50 Med Ball Cleans, 20/14 lbs
10 Bar Muscle-ups
40 Med Ball Cleans, 20/14 lbs

6 Bar Muscle-ups
20 Med Ball Cleans, 20/14 lbs
4 Bar Muscle-ups

Goal: Sub 17 minutes

The ever deceiving med ball clean and bar muscle up. One partner starts with the clean and the other on the bar muscle up. Switch exercises only after each has completed the work for that round. Work to keep strong and consistent movement on the cleans and break up the bar muscle up, or variation, as needed to avoid muscular failure.
