REMINDER…6:15am in now 6am!

Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:
Run, 200 m
20 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
20 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53 lbs

Starting Monday off with a spicy EMOM! This is going to be a turn and burn kind of workout with minimal rest between each movement. Many will have to lower the distance on the run and reps on the box jump and swing to keep it manageable. Others will be able to start RX and possibly have to modify as they go. Either is ok and we want athletes pushing the pace a bit here to get uncomfortable. This is going to be a burner of a workout. Adjust accordingly and have fun!
