Goal: Sub 20 min

Love the look of this workout and the higher rep count to get people going! 1 person works at a time and athletes work together to complete the work. Break things up however you see fit. The over/under can really get the heart rate up so smaller sets may be key here when sharing the work. Reps will be reasonable for the other work if you go into the pull ups and deads with some strategy. You should be hitting reps that you know you can do and not going to failure. This will vary for all of us but regardless choose rep schemes that work best for you.
