This is the start of our deadlift cycle! We will be seeing a deadlift each week on a different day each week. The deadlift variation will be the same for 3 weeks as will the accessory work. On week 4 you will see a new deadlift variation, as well as new accessory work.

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

Accessory Lifts
For quality:
2x 12 Barbell Rows, pick load
2x 30 Banded Lat Pull Downs
3x 10 Weighted AbMat Sit-ups, pick load

Post Work 2x:
1 min R/L Banded Z Stretch
1 min R/L Banded Hamstring Stretch
