Goal: Keep your bike cals and total time consistent across all rounds

Today is going to be a fun one and involves some less traditional movements. The sled push is intended to be done at a heavier weight. You should be able to push for the entire 50′ although it should be a slow and steady push. The bench press is intended to be done at 80% of your 1RM. If you are unsure of your 1RM, this should be heavy and challenging for a set of 5. The bike sprint for calories is intended to be done at an all-out effort. Rest 2-minutes between each round and score the total amount of calories that you accumulate on the bike.
