Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
Heavy Day with some Split Jerks! Take one set roughly every 2-3min with the goal being to increase the weight with each set. If this is a newer movement consider using the same weight and increasing the reps for practice. In this case, the weight should remain light. Good habits will be key when building in the split jerk.
Every 1 min for 5 mins:
2 Power Clean + Squat Clean
Use 70% of your max power clean, focus on mechanics and speed.
A fun weightlifting complex for you to get after today. This will be done on the minute and we want you staying with roughly 70% of your max power clean so long you can maintain a good position. No more than 70% but if they need to work lighter that is ok. Focus on consistent footwork.
