Goal: Sub 25 mins

Descending distances on the run along with asending reps on varying movements. The Dball over shoulder is meant to be on the heavier side. The box jump is written with a higher set up than usual. Jumping up and stepping down is a good way to keep a steady pace and take care of your joints. Toes to bar is a good chunk of the workout so make sure you are breaking this into smaller sets and minimizing your rest between so you can keep moving.
