Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 mins of:
11 Snatches, 135/95 lbs
20 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
10 Row Calories

The snatch weight is something that we are looking to cycle. Depending on your strength with a barbell you may go unbroken or break into 2 or 3 sets. As you get tired, quick singles will be the way to go for some. For the box jump over we want you pushing the pace and challenging yourselves only because this is a 9 minute AMRAP. Pushing the pace will look different for everyone and that’s quite alright. The row is a relatively short distance and athletes should be pushing hard here but still able to come off and get right to work on the barbell with minimal rest.
