Box Squat 1 x 1
Heading into week #3 with the box squat! This is our final week of the box squat and although we want you to lift the most amount of weight you can we also want you to keep your work sets productive. Just like last week, we want you to take any where from 7-10 sets resting :90sec-1min between sets as needed. Focus on good squat mechanics with your chest up, midline braced and knees tracking just over your toes. For the box squat, we want to be sure that you are keeping tension throughout the lift.
Part 2 – Accessory Work
Accessory lifts will remain the same from last week although this is our final week doing these specific accessory lifts. The goal will be to add weight to both movements.
A. Deficit Deadlift 1 x 5
Find a heavy set of 5 within 5-7 sets
B. 3 x 100′ Sled Drag
Rest 1 min after each round
