5 round chipper that sneaks in DT in case you didn’t notice! For those of you that struggle with barbell cycling and no break this will be a good change of pace so you get some built in breaks while still working on conditioning. You may find yourself able to go unbroken or feel more recovered. For those that enjoy allllll the time with the barbell this is going to be more challenging with the additional conditioning work. Regardless find your strengths and capitalize on them. Break things up as needed but this was written with the intention of going through at a strong, steady pace, with minimal breaks.
