Great chipper for us today and a hero workout as well. None of this alone is overwhelming but putting them all together is going to require some pacing and focus on staying in the moment. Don’t get too far ahead of yourself and keep your pace steady and strong with the movement you are working on. If you need to reign things in a bit to meet the goal time domain try lowering the rep ranges from some of the movements that will present the most challenge for you. This will vary for all of us. When it comes to the bigger sets with movements try breaking things ups with some descending reps to keep a positive attitude and keep you moving.

Lieutenant Andrew Richard Nuttall, 30, from the 1st Battalion Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (1 PPCLI), based in Edmonton, Alberta, serving as a member of the 1 PPCLI Battle Group was killed by an improvised explosive device that detonated during a joint foot patrol near the village of Nakhonay in Panjwaii District, about 25 km southwest of Kandahar City on December 23, 2009. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Ethel Jane Nuttall.
