Men: 95-135 lbs
Women: 65-95 lbs

Optional Substitutions:
Dumbbell: 40-50/25-35 lbs
Sandbag: 70-100/40-60 lbs

6 Toes-to-bars
9 Dumbbell Front Squats
12 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in

Men: 40-50 lbs
Women: 25-35 lbs

Barbell: 95-115/65-75 lbs
Sandbag: 60-80/35-55 lbs
