Goal: Sub 20 min

Fun chipper today with some farmers carry, bodyweight movements, and running. The farmers carry should have you using loading that you don’t have to put down more than 3-4 times with a quick break. Box jump over should have you thinking of a strong and steady pace. If you need to do a box jump up and step down that is a great option that will be easier on your knees. Toes to bar should be linked together and broken up early enough that you avoid muscular failure. Push the pace on the run and get back to work since we have descending reps today. The box is increasing in height each round so keep that in mind as the legs will be a little bit heavy.
