Open Gym: 8-11am

Teams of 2 – For time:
Med Ball Run, 20/14 lbs, 800 m
60 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs
40 Handstand Push-ups
20 Back Squats, 225/155 lbs
10 Rope Climbs
Goal: Sub 20 min

Teams of two are working together to accomplish the work today. Feel free to break up the reps anyway you like but you do need to finish one exercise before moving onto the next. In regards to the 800 m run, both will run but there will only be one med ball that you can pass off as much as you like.
