We have been doing a handful of odd object workouts in this cycle and we will be continuing with this through our deload week. Today we have a 400m run followed by a variety of carries. Loading should be moderate to heavy. You will use the same weight for each movement so choose your weight based on the limiting factor. The goal for this workout is to move for quality but to also get each round done unbroken by going right from one movement to the next without setting down the weight. Rest as needed between rounds.
