Goal: sub 8 mins

Tapping into some intensity today! Volume is still going to be relatively low all things considered. If you want the extra recovery just cruise through this and don’t worry about the clock. It’s a great way to drill some technique on the clean and jerk. For those that are looking to push the pace a bit, feel free. Loading on the bar should be something you can cycle “easily” if you want to. Strong and steady pace on the box jumps but you should be able to get right back on the bar when you are finished.

10 Bent Over Fly + :05 sec hold at the top of each rep
