Grunt Work!

Dball over Shoulder (100/70)
*50′ Double KB Front Rack Carry after each round(53’s/35’s)

Goal: Get it done!

Dball! Been a bit since we’ve moved these. Be sure to lock in that back, keep the ball close and utilize the hips for momentum. Focus on keeping tension throughout your body on the T2B and work to complete these in no more than 2 sets on the first 2-3 sets. Weight on the KB should allow for the knuckles to stay together under the chin and braced throughout the midline.
