“D.T.”

Classic Hero workout and all the barbell work. This is very much about pacing and digging in when necessary. Breaking things up from the start is a great call and keep in mind that the last deadlift can be the start to the hang power clean and the last hang power clean is the start of the push jerk. These are the ideal times to rest. Adjust the weight as needed so you can do each movement unbroken while you’re fresh. This is a great starting point to maintain the stimulus of the workout. Speed under the barbell is key with both the hang clean and push jerk to keep with efficiency.
