We have an interval-style workout on deck for today! So long as you are feeling good we’d like to see you pushing the pace to accumulate as many reps as you can. Every 2-minutes you will do a 200-meter run which should take roughly :45-1:15 to complete. After the run, work with any remaining time to get max rep dual dumbbell hang snatches and dumbbell facing burpees. There is no rest between each round but there is a 2-minute rest between each 3 round portion. The loading for the hang snatch is intended to be done at a light load. There is no specific goal number of reps but work to accumulate as many as you can!
