Goal: Sub 15 minutes

Lighter weight and higher rep which means we should be working on a strong pace and considering even doing much of this workout unbroken. The cumulative volume may have you considering breaking things up especially on the snatch to save the shoulders and keep moving which if fine but it should be no more than 2-3 times even on the larger sets. There is a set of 7 bar facing burpees after each round and it’s going to be tempting to slow ourselves down here. Push the pace and work to stay on track knowing that you have descending reps on this workout!
