Death By Thruster:
Every Min on the Min Complete 1 Thruster (115/75).
Add one rep to each min till you can’t complete the reps within the min.
Goal: Get through the 10 minute mark
We haven’t done a workout with this structure in a bit so what better way to do it than with thrusters!!! This is going to feel pretty casual at first and get real tough at some point. The goal s is to try to get through the 10 minute mark. With that being said it’s important that you choose an appropriate rep scheme and keep in mind the leg burn that is going to creep up. The reps do not have to be unbroken they just have to be done within the minute and there may be some strategy to breaking up the reps once you get into the later rounds. Work hard on this one!

Notes: If you’re a T2B ninja try dong them strict.
The T2B are listed as unbroken but we don’t have any “penalty”. Rest till you think you can get the reps unbroken but keep in mind this workout is still for time. Many of you may be able to just go for it, but some will need to have a bit of strategy for the unbroken reps. Smooth and quick doubles will help to keep the breath in control so you can have some more energy for the T2B.
