Every 1 min complete:
5 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
Goal: Sub 30 min
You and your partner will complete all 50 cals on the bike, then all 50 cals on the rower, then all 50 burpees before moving on to the 40’s and so on. The kicker…one person works at a time and every minute on the minute the one working will stop and complete their 5 box jump overs. While the 5 box jump overs are being completed, partner 2 may pick up where partner 1 left off. Continue switching back and for until all cals/reps are completed.
