This is a fun AMRAP and we last did this one on 8/13! 200m run should have you pushing but still paced. You should be able to get into the burpee and box jump without much hesitation at all. This is a simple workout and because it’s simple we want you to focus hard but steady pace!

3x 10 L/10 R Crossbody Dumbbell Deadlifts, pick load
