Goal: 3+ rounds

A fun 9min AMRAP for today! The snatch weight is something that we are looking for you to cycle with. Depending on your strength with a barbell you may go unbroken or break into 2 or 3 sets. As you get tired, quick singles will be the way to go for some. For the box jump over we want you pushing the pace and challenging yourselves only because this is a 9min AMRAP. Pushing the pace will look different for everyone and that’s quite alright. The row is a relatively short distance and you should be pushing hard here but still able to come off and get right to work on the barbell with minimal rest.
