Goal: Sub 12 min
A healthy dose of midline in this workout. See if you can get the T2B unbroken on each round. The hang power clean is a manageable weight but going right into the front rack carry is going to make it challenging. Work to keep a true front rack position and avoid the “crossed arms”. If you can’t find a place to walk the full 100 feet try marching in place for roughly :40 seconds as a sub. You’re accomplishing the same thing!
