30 Bar Facing Burpee
Goal: Sub 15 min
Who doesn’t love these movements! Some higher rep work that will require smart pacing from the start. Be mindful of the thruster and try to control that heart rate with a quick pause at the top of each rep. See if you can get your first set of 30 done in no more than 3 sets. This would be ideal for all, but we will see!! 12-10-8 can be a good goal. Burpees should be strong and steady but allow for you to get back not the barbell relatively quickly. 90 reps of each is quite a bit so if you are concerned of the volume take things down to 20’s for each round.
