Goal: Sub 25 min
Been a bit since we have rolled through a chipper so have fun with this one. Goal is under 25 min so adjust accordingly. Most likely this will be T2B reps and possibly the row for some of us. None of the movements or loading is excessive which means that this is going to come down to your pacing and trusting your fitness. We will all find movements that we would prefer or not in this workout so capitalize on the ones you’re good at and manage those you struggle with a bit. For the higher volume work that will catch up focus on small sets with short rests to keep moving. If you can knock out big chunks on others, do it!
