Sneaky, sneaky. You may just be doing a variation of D.T. today if you look closely. Stick with the weight you use for the original hero workout. The barbell will take some strategy with breaking things up so you can maximize your work to rest ratio. Working on descending rep schemes can be a big help with some of the more challenging movements. This is also a great time to work on the efficiency of your barbell cycling. The bike has descending reps so see if you can pick up the pace even a small amount on each round.
