Sled Drag, pick load, 100 ft
4 Manmakers, 35/20 lbs
Handstand Walk, 30 ft

Complete at RPE 6-7 out of 10 (60-70% effort)

Take note of the suggested pacing on this workout. This could be an easy one to really get after, but remember the goal is still recovery this week. Manmaker should be light, allowing you to focus on a large range of motion with a variety of movements and consistent pace. This is a great opportunity to work on handstand walk skills but if you don’t have that, feel free to do an overhead carry, or even a static hold using the wall for support.
