45 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
15 Hang Power Cleans, 225/155 lbs
Med Ball Run, pick load, 400 m
30 Box Jumps, 30/24 in
30 Hang Power Cleans, 185/125 lbs
Med Ball Run, pick load, 400 m
15 Box Jumps, 36/30 in
45 Hang Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs
Med Ball Run, pick load, 400 m

Partners work together to accomplish the work. Break up reps any way you want but keep the exercises in their order. On the run both people run but carry only 1 medball, passing it off as needed.

Post Work
5 rounds for quality of:
Sandbag/Dball Bear Hug Carry, pick load, 100 ft

Accessory work today involves midline work using sandbag or dual bearhug carry. Use the heaviest load that you can handle for 100ft unbroken. You should be walking at a steady pace focusing on time under tension. For the bearhug carry, we want you to hold the weight high on your chest. This will make it more challenging but it will also make that midline STRONG!! Modify as needed. Rest as needed between rounds.
