We have a for-time workout on deck for today and this one is going to be short! The snatches are intended to be done with a light load and something you can cycle in touch-and-go sets even as you get tired. The double under is a bigger chunk and we recommend you spend no longer than 3-minutes per round on these. The goal for this workout is to have you finishing within 12-minutes which makes it a fast workout with a high output. Adjust loading and reps as needed to finish within this time domain of 12-minutes.
