Deload Week continues…
5 rounds for time of:
10 Strict Toes-to-rings
Farmer Carry, 50/35 lbs, 100 m
50 Double Unders
Goal: Just get it done
This workout is for-time but should also be done for quality. So long that you are feeling good and moving well, feel free to push the pace, however, the quality of your reps should be on point. The strict toes to ring will likely be the hardest movement in this workout and we want you to keep this movement strict. Break these into multiple sets as needed or modify the movement to another variation that will challenge you. Some great options for this would be a strict leg raise with a slow descent, a strict hanging knee raise with a slow descent, or a lying leg raise done slowly. The farmer’s carry is intended to be done with a moderate load. The double unders will be another challenging movement for some although you should be able to get these done within 1-2 sets and spend no longer than 1-minute practicing.
Post Work
