Today is going to be considered our heavy day for the week! We will be working some weightlifting with both the snatch and the clean & jerk. The goal for these EMOMs is to have you moving for quality and focusing on technique. There is a listed percentage at 65%, however, do not feel married to this percentage and use a loading that feels light to moderate and allows you to move with speed. You will be given build-up sets prior to starting each EMOM and we have a 5-minute transition between the snatch and clean & jerk.

Accessory Work
For quality:
10-8-6-4-2 reps of:
Tempo Goblet Squat, pick load
Tempo Bent Over Row, pick load

Accessory work today is focusing on tempo work. This is intended to aid in joint health and you should be working with a tempo of :03sec up & down. Use a light load that allows you to maintain this tempo.
