AMRAP in 10 mins of:
10 Squat Cleans, 95/65 lbs
10 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
Goal: 5+ Rounds

We have a spicy AMRAP on deck for today! This is going to be one of our shorter workouts for the week but it is for sure going to pack a punch and the overall goal is intensity so long that you are feeling good. The squat clean is intended to be done with a light load on the bar or any other piece of equipment which allows you to continuously move. The chest-to-bar pull-up will get spicy mixed with the squat clean. Ideally you’re getting these done within 1-3 sets while making quick work of your rest. Modify this movement to a kipping pull-up, strict pull-up, jumping pull-up, seated pull-up, or ring row as needed.
