Goal: 60-70% effort
Today is going to be all about building skills! Specifically on the jump rope and handstand work. The sandbag ground to shoulder is going to be more about getting the heart rate up and working with odd objects. We still want you to perform this at a 60-70% effort, especially with the sandbag work. For the jump rope, if you have doubles focus on dialing in body position. If you don’t this is a great time to build the skill but don’t spend much more than about 1 minute each round. The same idea goes for the handstand walk. The wall is a great place to start building this skill. Don’t spend much more than about 2 minutes here. Loading on the sandbag or variation should be moderate.
