30 Air Squats
15 Shoulder-to-Overheads, 135/95 lbs
Team workout today is going to be a fun one that has you working in a you go, I go fashion between rounds. While one athlete is working the other is resting. DU’s ideally are done in an unbroken set. If doing singles, 75 is your number today. Stay true to the air squat. Shoulder to OH should be a lighter load for you. Ideally done unbroken or no more than 2 sets. The goal for this workout is to have you complete each round within 2:30. Adjust reps and loading to make this happen.
