100′ Sled Push, heavy
200m Farmer Carry, 53/35 lbs
400m Run

The focus for this workout is to get you working hard, however, it should not have you feeling beat up. The sled push is to be done with a heavy load. Ideally, the sled push is a grind for you to get through. The farmers carry, should be done with a light to moderate load breaking no more than four times. The run should be done at a hard but consistent pace. If you need to modify this movement due to weather feel free to do so.
