20 Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs
20 Burpees
Goal: Sub 17 min
We are going to be tackling some unilateral work throughout each week and this is one of those workouts. The snatch weight should something you’re able to cycle through confidently and with good position. The burpees will be easy to want to slow down on but work to keep a strong and consistent pace throughout. Set small goals, (hands down, feet back, jump up, etc) to keep moving.
Midline
AMRAP 6 mins of:
6 L/6 R Plate Wraps, pick load
12 Alternating V-ups
Suitcase Carry, pick load, L 50 ft/R 50 ft
Easy AMRAP means you should be focusing on quality of movement but moving from one exercise to the next with minimal to no rest between each. The loading on the suitcase carry is up to you but should still have you focused on an upright torso without any slouching.
