Goal: Steady and consistent pace throughout and sub 35 min

This is our longer workout for the week and the goal in this workout is for you to remain consistent from start to finish. You should be able to complete the work within 35-minutes. The no push-up burpee + box step-up, burpee box jump and T2B should have you working at a smooth pace.

1-2 minute per side Banded Hamstring Stretch
1-2 minute per side Banded Lying Leg Crossover Stretch
