This week we will be resetting with a deload week. There will be some opportunities to complete workouts with some intensity but approach the workouts in a way that suits you best with the ultimate goal of recovery.

Heavy Day!

Pause Back Squat

Our heavy day today will be the continuation of our back squat progression. Build to a challenging set of 3 pause back squats and perform a total of 3 sets pausing for 3 seconds at the bottom of each rep. Take on set every 3-4 minutes.

Post Work
4 rounds for quality of:
5 Bench Press, pick load
8 L/8 R Single Arm Dumbbell Rows, pick load
Rest 2 mins

*We are performing the same movements as the past few weeks which means we should work to either increase weight or reps on movements.
