This is a fun AMRAP that will give us a chance to get moving, work primarily on unilateral movement and some midline along the way. Take your time moving through this focusing on quality reps with range of motion. Don’t stress on intensity here, rather think an RPE of 6-7 out of 10. The loading is simply a suggestion so feel free to adjust as needed even from movement to movement.
