30 Front Squats, 185/125 lbs
60 Toes-to-bars
90 Alternating DB Snatches 70/50 lbs
Goal: Sub 17 mins

Chipper style workout with some heavier loading and bigger rep schemes. Front squat will be coming from the floor. The loading should be heavy but also allow for all 30 reps to be done within 3-5 sets. The T2B are a bigger chunk and you should be working in manageable sets for you. We want you to avoid failure and also work at a steady pace through these.The DB Snatch is listed at a heavier loading. These are coming from the floor and are alternating. We recommend you challenge yourself with the loading so long that you are feeling good and maintaining key points of performance. Feel free to utilize KB’s for the heavier loading. We recommend you chip away at each movement using a descending rep scheme.
